Presented by Carly Caprioli, MS, LCAT, MT-BC, Ryann Catapano, MA, LCAT, R-DMT, Marianne Franzese Chasen, MA, RDT, LCAT, and Jessie Leete, MA, ATR-BC, LCAT

This presentation explores the efficacy of creative arts therapy - utilizing art making, dance and movement, music, and drama - in addressing stress, anxiety, and trauma across age groups, from children to adults. We examine how each modality offers unique pathways for expression and healing, transcending verbal limitations. Through empirical evidence and case studies, we illustrate the adaptability of these interventions to meet the diverse needs of individuals. Ultimately, creative arts therapy emerges as a promising tool for promoting holistic well-being and resilience in the face of psychological distress.
